1. Open the program Outlook
Express and go to "tools". Then click on "accounts"
to open the "Internet Accounts" screen.

In the "Internet Accounts" box click on "Add"
to add a new E-mail account.

This
will open the "Admin Properties". Fill in the name box
the name you want your E-mail address to be called (this can be
any name). In the E-mail address box you must fill in your existing
or new E-mail address.

Then click on "servers" and this will bring you to the
outgoing and incoming mail. Fill in your smtp settings supplied
by your E-mail provider in the appropriate boxes, as well as your
username and password.

Now click on "apply" and "ok" and you are ready
to send and receive E-mails.
